Orthopedic Rehabilitation

Rehabilitation is needed to strengthen muscles, reduce pain, restore movement and return to best function. Physical therapists at outpatient rehabilitation clinics have completed advanced education and possess specialized certifications to achieve your functional goals.

Physical therapists will perform a comprehensive assessment, and develop an individualized treatment plan to address your specific needs. Commonly used techniques during rehabilitation include:

  • Joint mobilization
  • Strength training

  • Pain management
