Application Requirements

In order to be considered for this residency, the applicant must:

1. Possess a strong interest in internal medicine clinical pharmacy practice
2. Be eligible for employment in the United States and at University Health per Human Resources Department
3. Complete an ACPE-accredited PharmD Degree program
4. Be enrolled in or complete an ASHP-accredited or candidate-status PGY1 Pharmacy Residency
5. Participate in the ASHP Resident Matching Program

2. Letter of interest/intent
3. Current curriculum vitae
4. Three professional letters of recommendation
5. Official college of pharmacy transcripts
