PGY1 Community-Based Pharmacy Application Information
Application Requirements
In order to be considered for this residency, the applicant must:- Possess a strong interest in clinical pharmacy practice and providing direct patient-centered care
 - Be a U.S. citizen or a permanent resident
 - Be enrolled in or complete an ACPE-accredited PharmD degree program
 - Participate in the ASHP Resident Matching Program
 
Application Materials
The applicant must submit the following application materials via the Pharmacy Online Residency Centralized Application Service (PhORCAS) at https://www.ashp.org/phorcas:
- Letter of interest/intent
 - Current curriculum vitae
 - Three professional letters of recommendation (via standard PhORCAS reference form)
 - Official college of pharmacy transcripts
