Once we grant membership and/or privileges, PSS will work with our University Health teams to ensure a successful onboarding experience.

To apply for Clinical Privileges at University Health, download and complete our Application Request Form.

Centralized Credentialing

PSS completes the credentialing/privileging process in-house. Our streamlined credentialing process meets or exceeds federal and state regulatory requirements.
