Emergency Orthopedic Services

University Health has a dedicated, comprehensive pediatric emergency department at University Hospital, where an orthopedist is on-call around-the-clock to provide immediate care to your child.

Our expert physicians have earned us recognition as a Level I pediatric trauma center, capable of handing the most serious injuries.

In critical cases, a patient can be taken to an operating room right away.

Follow-Up Services

Even after your child is treated for an injury, you may still need more help — whether that’s extensive rehabilitation or just maneuvering a child with a cast into a car seat.

We offer comprehensive services at our Robert B. Green Pediatric Orthopedics Clinic and at the University Hospital Pediatric Orthopedics Clinic, so you don’t have to drive all over town to find the care your child needs.
