As Valentine’s Day nears, learning about your heart is the kindest act
February is American Heart Month and on Saturday University Health will host Love Your Heart Day at Ingram Park Mall! The public is invited to this free heart health education event to learn more about their own heart health and participate in free screenings to check cholesterol, blood pressure and glucose, check out a giant (pretend) heart and enter a drawing to win flowers and chocolates. Media interviews are available between 10 and 11 a.m. The event runs from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
