• The hospital relies on you and the rest of the San Antonio community to donate the blood needed to perform patient procedures.
• All donations collected by our team goes directly to our patients.
• You get the chance to help us save lives.

We can help facilitate a blood donation drive in San Antonio at your business, church, college or other organization. We don’t currently host blood drives at high schools. By donating on behalf of a specific inpatient to replace blood inventory at University Health, your organization can earn a financial credit toward the patient’s hospital bill.

Blood drives are a partnership, and Blood Donor Services will be with you every step of the way as you provide this life-saving service to your community.

A designated point of contact will help organize, advertise and facilitate your blood drive. We will provide advertising information before the blood drive, so you can get the word out to your organization. We will also help you plan the best time and location for the event.
