I am a hepatologist specializing in general hepatology and transplant hepatology. I was drawn to this field because liver disease is one of the most challenging and often under-recognized conditions in medicine.
Liver transplantation offers something truly remarkable, which is a genuine second chance at life. The combination of challenging science, high-level decision-making and meaningful patient impact continues to inspire my work every day.
