Position Summary/Responsibilities:
Provides senior-level project management expertise relative to health care facilities projects, project schedules and budgets. Responsible for overall project coordination with contractors, consultants/vendors and hospital/medical staff.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree is required. Master’s degree highly preferred.
- A minimum of ten (10) years relevant healthcare construction related experience is required.
- Architectural & Engineering; A&E Consulting; Engineering & Construction; P/L (Project Leader); Contract Management and Administration; Construction Management experience in the healthcare industry is required.

Position Summary:
The Environmental Associate carries out general housekeeping activities essential to keeping University Health System facilities clean and orderly. They report all maintenance defects to Plant Engineering Department and identifies and reports all chemical/solution spills and discarded needles/syringes and assists with clean ups and disposals as needed.
Education/Experience:
- Ability to read, write and speak English is required.
- Six months institutional housekeeping experience is preferred.
- Ability to fill liquid soap, toilet paper towel dispenser and other dispensers required.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment required.

Position Summary:
The Human Resources Coordinator researches, analyzes, designs, and maintains systems in support of Human Resources administration that are essential to the operations of University Health. Monitors Human Resources data information needs and designs new or modifies existing systems to meet the internal and external requirements. Must be thorough and accurate in testing and implementation of database changes. Participates in Human Resources projects, events, and activities as assigned.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field is required.
- A minimum of three year’s recent experience administering or providing service for insurance benefits, COBRA and associated benefits is preferred.
- Thorough understanding of legislation to include ERISA, Section 125/Flexible Spending Accounts, HIPAA, COBRA, and FMLA is required.
- PC and windows experience to include spreadsheets, database management and word processing competence is required.VLookup experience is highly preferred
