Schedule a New Patient Appointment

Please note this scheduling portal is for non-urgent needs. If you are experiencing chest pain, shortness of breath, severe abdominal pain or any other life-threatening symptoms, please call 911.

New patients can schedule an appointment using our online scheduling portal for adult and/or pediatric primary care or women’s health services.

Please provide an email address so you can receive an appointment confirmation. You can also print or save a screenshot of the confirmation page. Please do not use special characters such as ñ, á, é, í, ó, ú.

Once you have made your appointment, please sign up for MyChart, to get easy access to your medical record on your phone or computer. After your first appointment, you will be able to communicate with your health care team using MyChart.

Insurance Coverage

We accept Medicare, Medicaid and most commercial insurance plans. If you do not have health coverage or we are not a contracted provider under your health plan, you will receive a call from our staff to pre pay for your visit with a credit card over the phone.
