About
I am an assistant clinical professor in the Division of Gynecologic Oncology at UT Health San Antonio and University Health. I specialize in the treatment of gynecologic cancers and complicated benign gynecologic conditions. I have advanced surgical training in laparoscopy and robotics as well as radical pelvic and upper abdominal surgery.
I completed my residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Houston Methodist Hospital, then completed a fellowship in gynecologic oncology at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. I earned a National Library of Medicine grant and spent two years performing ovarian cancer research at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center prior to the fellowship.
I look forward to caring for women with gynecologic cancers in the South Texas area.
