“Inspired by my mother’s legacy in nursing, I became a family nurse practitioner to provide compassionate, informed care—especially for individuals living with HIV/AIDS. I’m passionate about building trusting relationships, advocating for underserved communities and staying at the forefront of medical knowledge through lifelong learning.”
As a family nurse practitioner with University Health, I’m honored to serve patients with compassionate, respectful and individualized care. Watching my mother care for others with integrity and heart led me to follow a similar path — one grounded in service, connection and purpose.

I specialize in infectious diseases and sexual health, with a particular focus on HIV/AIDS care.
Community Involvement
I’m passionate about supporting underserved communities and helping patients navigate complex health journeys with dignity and support.
On my days off, I volunteer at Hospice Austin's Christopher House. I also partner with multiple HIV/AIDS organizations throughout San Antonio.
Personal Note
I served as an active-duty nurse practitioner in the United States Air Force for 14 years, living and working across several states and countries, including Germany.
Hobbies
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our young adult child. I also love playing with my dogs, baking cookies, crocheting, knitting and relaxing anywhere with turquoise water and a beautiful beach.
