For the 19th year in a row, area hospitals and organizations have come together to welcome San Antonio’s first baby with a shower of gifts, from diapers to scholarships, and this year the first baby, Prisca Belem Garcia Lara, was born to proud mom Marcela Perez at University Hospital. Already a high achiever, baby Prisca weighed in at 5 lbs. 3 oz. at precisely 00:00! Come meet and congratulate her and her family as they celebrate this exciting day.
