COVID-19 vaccines for children 5-11 begin at Wonderland today

Registration is required for appointments at Wonderland

Bexar County Judge Nelson Wolff and Bexar County Precinct 2 Commissioner Justin Rodriguez will be on site at the University Health vaccination center at Wonderland of the Americas this morning as University Health begins vaccinating children ages 5-11 to protect them against COVID-19 infection.

The FDA and CDC have authorized and recommended the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine for children 5-11. Parents and guardians can make an online appointment for their children to be vaccinated at our Wonderland of the Americas vaccination center (4522 Fredericksburg Rd. Upper level).

Vaccine administration begins today, Thursday, November 4. An adult family member or guardian must accompany the child to consent for the vaccination. Proof of age and appointments are required. Find the latest vaccine information at WeCanDoItSA.com.
