CommuniCare Health Centers Expanding Into Kendall County
CommuniCare Health Centers, a non-profit healthcare organization, recently opened up its newest clinic in Boerne. CommuniCare Health Centers – Boerne Campus, located at 430 W. Bandera Road, will provide pediatric care, pediatric psychiatry and family medicine services to children and adults in Kendall County. Specialty healthcare services will be available in the near future and will be provided in partnership with University Health System.
“CommuniCare is excited to expand our pediatric and family medicine services and in conjunction offer specialty care services through our partnership with University Health System to the Hill Country communities of Kendall and surrounding counties.” said Paul Nguyen, President and CEO of CommuniCare Health Centers.
“As a major academic health center, University Health System is well-known for the advanced specialty care it provides to residents of our community, and to those from throughout Texas and beyond who travel to see our specialists,” said Mark Webb, Chief Executive Officer of Pediatric Services at University Health System. “We are pleased that soon we’ll be able to offer some of those pediatric services closer to home to families in the Hill Country.”
CommuniCare Health Centers will host the Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on Thursday, June 16 at 1:30 pm. During this time they would like to invite the community to attend to see what the CommuniCare Experience is all about. Those in attendance will be able to meet the doctors on staff.
