Yoga Class

The Texas Diabetes Institute invites you to join us for a yoga class! Come exercise at no cost by performing flexibility and strength movements focusing on holding positions and breathing.

Participating is easy: register below, show up at the scheduled time and location, wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle. Seats limited to 15 per walking group session.
