Tai Chi Class

The Texas Diabetes Institute invites you to join us for a Tai Chi class! Come exercise at no cost by performing slow-motion martial arts movements that will help to improve balance, strength and focus.

Participating is easy: register below, wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle. Seats limited to 15 per walking group session.
