Please join us this summer at one of our mobile vaccine drive events, open to the public!

We are administering all vaccines (except the COVID-19 vaccine) for all age groups.

  • Immunization record is required; patients will not be seen if they do not have an immunization record with them.
  • Adults must bring a valid form of I.D.
  • Insurance card (if any)
  • If the patient is a minor, a legal guardian or other adult with permission must be present
