Fitness Group Walk

The Texas Diabetes Institute invites you to join our Walking Group as a free and safe way to stay healthy and active! Join us for a fun walking group that focuses on your walking pace, steps, time, distance and effort level. The walking group will meet at the Texas Diabetes Institute's garden.
