Fitness in the Park

Has your New Year’s resolution to get more exercise fallen by the wayside? Need a little encouragement? One of the best-kept fitness secrets around is the city’s Fitness in the Parks program, which offers classes in everything from yoga to tennis to circuit training, in neighborhoods throughout the city. It’s a great way to find a walking or running group, if you like a little company with your workouts. Not exciting enough? How about kick boxing? Line dancing? Pickleball?
