About
I joined the faculty at UT Health San Antonio in August 2019. I am the co-director of the Center for Placenta Accreta Spectrum Disorder and the director of Perioperative Management at UT Health San Antonio and University Health.
I graduated cum laude from Miami University of Ohio in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts in Zoology and a minor in Neuroscience. I earned my M.D. in 2015 from the University of Toledo College of Medicine and Life Sciences. I completed my residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology in 2019 at UT Health San Antonio.
During residency, I received the Resident Achievement Award Outstanding Minimally Invasive Surgery Resident from the Society of Laparroendoscopic Surgeons in 2019, and the Recognition of Excellence in Minimally Invasive Gynecology from the AAGL Elevating Gynecologic Surgery in 2019.
My clinical interests include abnormal uterine bleeding, minimally invasive surgery and placenta accreta spectrum disorder.
