I received my B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin and then attended medical school at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, receiving my M.D. in 1998. I remained at this institution for residency training, and following completion of residency training, I joined the faculty in August 2002. I am certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
