About
I received my first bachelor's degree from The University of Texas at Austin in 2009. I went on to complete an additional bachelor's degree in nursing in 2012 from UT Health San Antonio.
After five years as a RN at University Hospital, I joined UT Health San Antonio as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner. I primarily practice as a clinician in the Neonatal ICU (NICU).
Areas of Interests:
My areas of interest include working alongside the pediatrics residents as well as facilitating mock codes for the staff. I am also a member of the QAPI committee that works on reducing the impact of noise on infants in the NICU.
