As flu season approaches, University Health and Bexar County are partnering to help residents protect themselves and their families with free flu vaccinations at four drive-thru events throughout September and October.

This week, at University Health’s Robert B. Green campus, pharmacists provided free cholesterol, blood sugar and blood pressure screenings to more than 60 adults. They also provided protection from illness by giving 40 people an updated flu shot in advance of this year’s respiratory season.
