COVID-19 Community Outreach

COVID-19 Community Outreach

The COVID-19 pandemic has affected the entire world, but communities of color have been hit especially hard.

Nationally, Black and Latino people make up a higher percentage of COVID-19 deaths than the percentage of the overall population, and the same is true here in San Antonio. What can you do to help stop the spread of COVID-19?

University Health is doing its part to change the narrative. By hosting a three-part #ProtectYourVillage Facts vs. Fears Virtual Town Halls encouraging minority communities to #GetYourVaccine.

Viewers learned how to protect themselves and their communities with resources and information from University Health.
