The specialized services at OU MEDICAL CENTER include Oklahoma's only American College of Surgeons verified Level One Trauma Center and The Children's Hospital at OU MEDICAL CENTER, a comprehensive pediatric hospital with the expertise and technology to treat kids from infancy to adolescence. Our new imaging center in the OU Physicians Building boasts the newest and most technologically advanced CT scanner and MRI in the country. Our nursing staff practices family-centered care with the goal of making your hospital stay as short, comfortable and painless as possible.
Employee Benefits
Paid Time Off: (including 6 legal holidays) 24 days a year with 0-5 years of employment; 28 days with 6-10 years; 32 days with 11-15 years; 36 days with 16+ years.
Benefit Choices Program: Employees qualify for Medical (including Prescription Drug and Behavioral health) with PPO options; Dental, Vision, Life Insurance and Dependent Life Insurance, and Short-Term and Long-Term Disability. Options for Medical and Day Care Flexible Spending Accounts are available, to pay for eligible expenses using before-tax dollars.
Savings and Retirement: Employees are automatically enrolled in the Retirement Plan (facility contributes 2.25% to 5.5% of your eligible pay each year, based on your service). Option for Salary Deferral Plan/401(k) (facility contributes 50% of your contributions to the plan on the first 3% of pay you save).
